The Asian American Community Fund of PA is the first statewide organization dedicated to celebrating and empowering Asian American communities across the Commonwealth.

Formed by leaders across our diverse communities who have spent decades uplifting their communities, the AACFPA supports local Asian American associations and organizations to bring our people together, celebrate our cultures and traditions, and promote civic  engagement to ensure that Pennsylvania is a safe and welcoming home for our  communities. We do what our people have always done – provide resources and care to  each other, lift each other up, and bring generations together to ensure everyone can thrive.

Our Mission

The Asian American Community Fund of PA celebrates and empowers Asian American communities across Pennsylvania. We bring our communities together across generations to share our histories, traditions, and resources. We educate and empower our communities, support local Asian American associations and organizations, and serve current and future generations through civic engagement that ensures Pennsylvania is a safe and welcoming home for all of our communities.

We learn from the leaders who have been in our communities day in and day out, and educate and empower others to shoulder the load.

Why AACFPA

The AACFPA brings our communities together to do work that none of us could do alone.

While our communities and leaders have spent decades building important and vibrant community organizations, in so many cases they are siloed along ethnic lines and focused on their own area alone. The AACFPA brings these organizations and leaders together to engage Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing demographic – 78% of whom speak a language other than English at home. Through our broad network of Asian American organizations, we support arts and culture work as a means to increase civic engagement and empower our communities.
