Welcome to our Asian American Cultural Ambassador program, a platform dedicated to empowering the next generation of Asian American leaders, artists, creators, and cultural ambassadors.
As torchbearers of cultural legacy and innovation, we recognize the invaluable contributions and unique perspectives that emerge from within our diverse community. This program is a testament to our commitment to nurturing and amplifying the voices of Asian American organizers and artists, providing them with the resources and platform they need to flourish and create impactful change.
Who Should Apply?
- You are 18+
- You are Aligned with AACFPA mission and values
- You can apply if you are one of the following:
- Organization leaders/official position holders
- Asian American artists, musicians, singers, poets, etc.
What does the Community Fund offer?
Financial sponsorship of events rooted in Asian communities. Grants will range from $500-$2500, depending on event size and scope
An invitation to our membership program and the long-term leadership development opportunities provided therein
An invitation to our cultural ambassador and creator newsletter, which provides biweekly education about news affecting our communities and community events across Pennsylvania
What does the fellow agree to?
Agreement that the ambassador will work with the Community Fund on nonpartisan voter education and registration activities at the sponsored cultural or arts events, including but not limited to: consent to AACFPA staff and volunteers tabling or crowd canvassing at the event
Agreement to the AACFPA visible branding and presence at the event, including but not limited to: using the AACFPA logo on the event website, flyers, and other promotional materials.
